1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms govern your access to the Obsession Fan Club website, accounts, posts, comments, chat, uploads, community features, virtual currency, and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Community Rules, and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the platform if you do not agree.

2. Independent fan community

Obsession Fan Club is an independent fan-run discussion platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Blumhouse, Universal Pictures, the filmmakers, cast, rights holders, or their representatives. Names, trademarks, artwork, clips, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts and account security

• Provide accurate information where the platform requests it and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• Do not sell, transfer, share, automate, or operate accounts to evade moderation, manipulate voting, or farm virtual currency.
• We may require verification or restrict account features when necessary to prevent abuse or protect the platform.

4. Community conduct

You must follow the Community Rules displayed in the sidebar. Prohibited conduct includes doxxing, threats, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, privacy violations, spam, low-effort coin farming, misleading bait, alternate-account vote manipulation, and failure to label graphic or sexual material as NSFW.

Moderators may interpret and enforce the rules according to context. A rule not listing every possible form of harmful or disruptive behavior does not prevent moderators from acting against it.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the platform.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or another person's rights. Credit creators and link to original public sources when reposting material.

6. Moderation and account actions

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, revoke virtual items, restrict accounts, or permanently ban users when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce the rules, investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform security. Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.

You may contact the administrators to ask about a moderation decision, but submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal.

7. Virtual currency, awards, and digital features

Coins, Wishcoins, awards, badges, account levels, and other virtual features are entertainment features only. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be redeemed for money unless the platform expressly states otherwise, and may be adjusted, limited, corrected, or revoked to address errors, abuse, balance changes, or discontinued features.

8. Payments and third-party services

Optional support payments or purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies. The platform may receive transaction status and account information needed to provide the related benefit, but payment providers handle payment credentials according to their systems.

The platform may link to websites and services operated by others. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.

9. Intellectual-property reports

Rights holders may use the Contact page to report allegedly infringing content. Include the affected work, the exact platform URL, your contact information, the basis of your claim, and any authority you have to act for the rights holder. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report.

10. Platform availability and changes

The platform may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain unchanged. Keep your own copy of content you cannot afford to lose.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

The platform and user content are provided on an “as available” basis. Community posts reflect their authors' views, not official statements by the platform or any film-related company. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from use of the platform.

You are responsible for your conduct, content, account activity, and compliance with applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. The updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
